Appointment Details

Cancelation Policy

We understand that sometimes, appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and maintain the highest level of service, we have implemented the following cancelation policy:

Notice Period

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.

Late Cancelations and No-Shows

·      Late Cancelations: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

·      No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notification, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and to ensure that you receive the full duration of your service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

Package Appointments

For clients who have purchased packages, the same cancelation policy applies. Cancelations or no-shows will result in the corresponding session being deducted from your package.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate with us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
